Job Summary
Responsibilities
šBusiness Development & Client Acquisition šDevelop and execute client acquisition strategies in line with company goals and business objectives. šFocus on key industries such as cross-border e-commerce, digital entertainment (gaming, live streaming, social apps), B2B trade, international logistics, and education payments. šIndependently and as a team leader, acquire and manage client relationships to achieve sales KPIs. šIdentify client pain points across cross-border collection, FX settlement, payout and match them with the companyās product capabilities to drive adoption of end-to-end payment solutions. šIndustry Solutions & Product Collaboration šDeep understanding of the payment ecosystem and business models of target industries to accurately capture client needs. šCollaborate closely with product, risk, and operations teams to design and implement customized industry-specific solutions. šAssist in optimizing client onboarding and transaction processes to enhance the user experience and maximize customer lifetime value. šClient Relationship & Sales Management šManage key client opportunities with ongoing follow-up to increase product adoption and client stickiness. šWork with other teams to drive transaction volume and expand product usage. šEstablish and oversee sales processes and track BD team performance to improve overall conversion efficiency and sales quality. šMarket Intelligence & Partnership Support šMonitor trends in the cross-border payments industry, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape; regularly produce market insight reports. šSupport the company in expanding partnerships with global banks, payment institutions, and other key ecosystem players. šProvide frontline feedback and strategic input to inform product roadmap and market positioning.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields preferred. š3ā6 years of experience in cross-border payments, FX, acquiring, or related industries; sales experience in card acquiring, cross-border collections, or international clearing is a strong plus. šFamiliarity with industriesā payment scenarios and mainstream customer demands; existing client resources or industry networks are a plus. šStrong business development, negotiation, and project execution capabilities. šTeam leadership mindset and self-driven; able to lead a team to complete complex sales projects.
