This is an incredible time to join the business as you will be joining a expanding Finance function based in Berlin and helping to build out finance processes and supporting company wide initiatives. Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šAdministrative & Logistical Support: šCoordinate team logistics, including organising meetings, managing team schedules, and handling correspondence. šFormat documents, prepare presentation decks, and assist with internal document management. šManage legal subscriptions, access permissions, and act as the primary point of contact for legal tools and software. šTrack and drive completion of key deliverables, follow up on pending action items, and maintain relevant project boards (e.g., Asana). šDocumentation & Contract Management: šDevelop and maintain team workspaces, archive outdated files, and ensure accurate team documentation. šSupport the contract management workflow, including document tracking, version control, and monitoring contract execution. šCreate Forum posts and team communications to update the department on ongoing initiatives. šCross-Departmental Collaboration: šGather and analyse data in support of legal and finance team initiatives. šAssist with basic financial planning tasks such as data entry, updating financial spreadsheets, and tracking expenses. šAid in producing simple financial reports for planning and budgeting processes. šResearch & Analysis: šConduct research on blockchain, crypto laws, and regulations, including market trends within the Polkadot ecosystem. šPerform ecosystem research to track industry developments, compile data reports, and analyse trends. šStay informed on blockchain technology and software development concepts relevant to the role.
