Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šSupport the legal team by providing secretarial and administrative assistance, including organizing and filing documents using the companyās internal platform. šDraft, proofread, prepare and check status of various documents such as agreements, letters, and other necessary paperwork. šCoordinate with external vendors, insurers, and handle departmental queries related to insurance certificates. šPerform general secretarial duties including monitoring invoice payments, managing files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and responding to correspondence via emails and faxes as required.
Requirements
šDiploma holder with minimum 1-2 years of working experience as legal secretary or administrative working experience in related field or equivalent. šExcellent command of English (written & spoken) šGood proficiency in legal documentation and Microsoft Office applications šGood typing speed and accuracy šPossess a pleasant and dynamic personality, positive attitude, willing to learn, meticulous, able to multi-task and willingness to work overtime if required. šPositive attitude, willing to learn and ability to think out of the box. šAble to work independently and as part of a team.
