Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Deep understanding of tracking and pixel implementation in a post 14.5 iOS world including implementing Google and Meta conversion APIs 📍Complete proactive analysis of performance & brand marketing data to identify gaps and opportunities for KPI improvement (acquisition, CACs, brand awareness, LTV, etc.) 📍Analyze data to develop essential dashboards, reports, and tools informing customer engagement and retention strategies 📍Identify trends and patterns in datasets to attribute key business drivers and define performance metrics 📍Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests, facilitating data-driven decision-making processes 📍Be a leading voice for the Marketing department, supporting the broader global team in understanding new metrics and teaching foundational analysis skills
Qualifications:
📍You have spent 5+ years in marketing analytics focused on instrumenting, understanding and analyzing marketing performance 📍Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Branch, MixPanel, and Looker 📍Experience building a cross-device attribution model 📍You are an expert in SQL and have deep experience with Excel 📍You are fluent in event and cookie tracking methodologies, and can work directly with engineers to validate and debug tracking issues 📍Passionate about crypto and Web3#
