Job Summary

responsibilities include:

šŸ“Initiate, drive, and project manage launch marketing activities for new market entries (i.e., OOH, performance marketing, landing pages, video, content creators/influencers, co-branding partnerships, creative, printed materials, launch events) šŸ“Standardize look & feel and experience in new Worldcoin locations Coordinate creatives, copy and translation requirements for printed materials šŸ“Finding solutions and options for getting ideas made - from finding the right partner, to figuring out the best internal process to get things done fast (e.g., product, legal, comms, privacy, finance) šŸ“Partnering with all departments to help drive excitement, awareness, and growth for the Worldcoin project šŸ“Report into the Global Marketing team for brand and marketing alignment and execute with the Launch team on a daily basis šŸ“Work with Regional Management and local marketing managers to be proactive in understanding local needs and helping to drive or support local marketing initiatives šŸ“Develop (and contribute to) a deep understanding the brand, and the thinking, work, and actions that will help elevate the brand in everything we do

About You:

šŸ“You have 5+ years of relevant experience. You have succeeded in high-performance operations, business development, marketing or sales roles before. šŸ“Youā€™re scrappy. You enjoy working as part of a fast-moving, dynamic team and are willing to contribute wherever needed to make an impact. šŸ“You have strong cross-cultural competency. You are able to communicate and do business across different cultures and countries and have experience working in cross-cultural environments. šŸ“You are fluent in English. šŸ“You have strong interpersonal skills. You are able to manage and nurture high-performing relationships both internal and external. You know that no two people are the same and are able to mediate and resolve conflicts. šŸ“Youā€™re innovative. You love coming up with solutions to unconventional problems and taking action. šŸ“You possess European citizenship and are ready and excited to travel. You have experience living and working abroad, and are able to spend 50-75% of your time on the road to drive growth globally.
