Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Attract financing with an average ticket size starting from $5 million for large-scale real estate projects (we operate across three channels: private capital, institutional investments, and bank financing). 📍Develop and implement a sales funnel strategy targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs and UNHWIs) and institutional investors. 📍Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate effective communication. 📍Engage with family offices, private clients, and investors focusing on long-term real estate investments. 📍Participate in negotiations and deliver presentations to potential investors. 📍Identify the target investor profile, understanding their key characteristics and needs. 📍Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors and business partners.
Requirements
📍Proven experience in investment attracrion, preferably in the real estate sector. 📍A successful track record of raising significant capital. 📍Strong communication and negotiation skills. 📍Deep knowledge of investment products and real estate strategies. 📍A proactive approach and the drive to achieve high-level results. 📍Fluent English is required. 📍Knowledge of Islamic Finance Structures will be a plus.
