Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šStrategize, plan, and execute our creator marketing initiatives at scale. šDefine creative strategy for content including writing briefs and pitching campaigns for creator relationships. šProduce branded content with creators to support product launches and major marketing moments šWork cross-functionally to vet, scope, and define high-visibility creator opportunities. šHelp develop and execute campaigns leveraging creator partnerships to enhance engagement, education, and visibility. šMonitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to the retail marketing team šWork with creators to build a vibrant community in local markets and verticals šNegotiate and manage contracts for creators.
Required Skills:
š4-5 years working in influencer marketing either in an in-house role or in an agency setting šExceptional written and verbal communication. Must be able to negotiate and communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including agents, creators, and vendors šStrong creative instincts with the ability to think outside the box, while staying in tune with cultural trends. šStrong data-driven proficiency in defining approaches to measuring creator channels. šExperience marketing crypto or fintech. šBuilt or managed an influencer affiliate program
