Job Summary

Sales Execution:

đź“ŤAchieve and exceed sales goals đź“ŤSwiftly manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads to close đź“ŤDevelop and articulate compelling value propositions around the Square solution đź“ŤTrack all sales funnel activities diligently through the CRM tool and utilize its features for greater sales effectiveness

Relationship Building:

📍Build and manage relationships with high-growth companies 📍Act as an ambassador for Square’s beliefs, brand, and products 📍Establish trust and partnerships with customers through excellent communication by phone and email

Collaboration:

đź“ŤWork closely with cross-functional teams to close deals and implement creative ways to improve customer relationships

Qualifications

đź“Ť1+ years experience in full sales cycle/closing role, preferably in a fast-moving technology company (financial services company experience strongly preferred but not required) đź“ŤStrong operational acumen and ability to manage a high volume sales pipeline đź“ŤBias for action đź“ŤExperience selling e-commerce, technical solutions, and/or payments đź“ŤDemonstrated ability of meeting and exceeding sales targets đź“ŤSuperior verbal and written communication skills đź“ŤStrong objection handling and negotiation skills đź“ŤA self-starter mentality, where leaning in and wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment is business-as-usual đź“ŤHigh motivation with a strong desire to succeed and an entrepreneurial drive đź“ŤTrue hunter mentality and resourcefulness with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
