Job Summary

Tasks and Responsibilities

šŸ“Administering compensation and benefit plans šŸ“Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development šŸ“Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise šŸ“Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace šŸ“Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies šŸ“Managing benefits, payroll and onboarding new employees Calculating employeesā€™ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases šŸ“Undertake tasks around performance management šŸ“Ensure the organizationā€™s compliance with local, state and federal regulations šŸ“Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews šŸ“Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form šŸ“Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities šŸ“Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Requirements

šŸ“BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field šŸ“Proven experience as an HR Generalist, additional HR training will be a plus šŸ“Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures šŸ“Good knowledge of employment/labor laws šŸ“Outstanding knowledge of MS Office šŸ“Excellent communication and people skills šŸ“Aptitude in problem-solving šŸ“Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach šŸ“Fluency in Czech language and English is mandatory (spoken and written) šŸ“Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
