Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šManage HR operations processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding tracking, offboarding, leave management, and hiring. šConduct screening calls and interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and effective evaluation. šPost job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms with clear and compelling job descriptions. šGenerate and distribute HR-related forms and letters, such as offer letters, employment contracts, performance appraisal forms, disciplinary letters, and resignation acceptance letters. šPrepare and manage documents related to benefits enrollment, policy updates, and regulatory compliance. šSchedule interviews and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, in a timely and professional manner. šMaintain accurate HR records and documentation.
Requirements
šProficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is a must. šPrevious experience in HR operations or a similar role. šStrong organizational skills with attention to detail. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. šResult oriented, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. šStrong work ethic and willingness to take on any task. šComfortable working in an extremely fast paced and international environment CAN-DOā attitude, good manners, strong passion, strong ownership, commitment, accountability, responsibility, and team player
