đź“ŤWork experience and technical knowledge in areas of expertise related to installing distributed energy resources eg smart meters, EV chargers, solar & batteries and heat pumps đź“ŤProven experience of delivering training effectively and in line with industry standards đź“ŤProven experience of delivering UK accredited training courses đź“ŤExperience in developing and implementing company-wide control standards to ensure consistency, safety, and regulatory compliance đź“ŤDevelop mechanisms to ensure compliant work is completed by field engineers after training đź“ŤStaying up to date with industry qualifications, standards and technology. đź“ŤResponsible for completing external audits and compliance for installations đź“ŤExcellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment đź“ŤPassion for renewable energy, developing others and leading a compliance culture
