Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
š Lead the China sales and client management team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. šDevelop and implement sales strategies aligned with global business goals. šIdentify growth opportunities in China and around the globe, build an effective sales network. šRecruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team; build a strong sales culture based on performance, accountability, and customer success. šCollaborate closely with regional and headquarters marketing, product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies. šBuild and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers, OEMs, and distribution partners. š Manage pipeline forecasting, sales performance metrics, and CRM hygiene to ensure data-driven decision-making. šRepresent Nayax at key industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region. šProvide market insights and feedback to global leadership and product teams to inform development and roadmap priorities.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in business, technology management, or a related field; MBA preferred. š10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing sales teams. šProven success in B2B technology, payments, or IoT sales; experience in OEM or unattended sectors is a strong plus. šStrong leadership, team building, and communication skills. šDeep understanding of the Greater China market with the ability to navigate cultural and business nuances. šFluent in Mandarin and English. šWillingness to travel frequently across the region and globe.
