Job Summary

Financial Forecasting and Reporting

📍Work closely with the finance department to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. 📍Provide comprehensive reports and analytics to the executive committee. 📍Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global sales organisation. 📍Utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

📍Experience as a leader in a client facing role. 📍Established experience of managing a high-performing Sales team within Financial Services. 📍An effective network within the digital asset community with a track record of promoting the Copper brand, resulting in interest and inquiries 📍Demonstrated experience of delivering personal and team sales and revenue targets 📍Proven track record of driving performance of successful revenue teams. 📍Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level.
