Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies, focusing on product positioning and marketing messages. šŸ“Create diverse content, including tweets, blogs, videos, infographics, and case studies, to effectively communicate key product features and benefits. šŸ“Manage digital marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. šŸ“Explore new opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and strengthen our market presence. šŸ“Analyze paid, earned, and owned media to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. šŸ“Social Media Management: Assist in developing and executing social media strategies and content across platforms such as X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram. šŸ“Produce a wide range of marketing materials, including blog articles, social media posts, and website copy. šŸ“Schedule posts, maintain social media calendars, and monitor social media channels to ensure consistent engagement. šŸ“Track and report on social media performance and engagement metrics, making recommendations for improvement. šŸ“Engage with the community and key opinion leaders (KOLs) by responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactions. šŸ“Provide support in executing PR strategies and product announcements.

Key Requirements:

šŸ“Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management, with a focus on multi-channel campaign management. šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. šŸ“Exceptional English writing and communication skills. Interest in and knowledge of AI and Web3, with a preference for experience in GenAI, DeFi/Crypto, or fintech. šŸ“Deep understanding of degen culture, memes, and web3 lingo. šŸ“Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and analyze performance metrics. šŸ“Strong multitasking skills, with the capability to handle various tasks and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Experience working in a remote setup and collaborating with teams across global time zones and diverse backgrounds. šŸ“Strategic thinker with a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
