Job Summary
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
📍4+ years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or related roles within Web3, DeFi, or Blockchain (mandatory). 📍Established network that can be leveraged, preferably within institutional circles. 📍Proficiency across social media platforms, sales platforms, and search engines. 📍Strong understanding of business development techniques and tools. 📍Ability to build relationships across the ecosystem. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. 📍Well-organized with strong analytical skills to create a BD strategy. 📍Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and take initiative. 📍Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. 📍Entrepreneurial spirit.
Main Responsibilities
📍Business Development: 📍Identify and pursue business opportunities related to the company's activities, acting as a liaison between tech and ecosystem partners. 📍Target prospective clients through channels such as cold calling, social media networking, and industry events. 📍Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. 📍Contribute to the continuous improvement of business development processes and strategies. 📍Coordinate and execute PR efforts to enhance the project's reputation. 📍Proactively seek and engage emerging opportunities, staying updated on industry trends.
