Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤRegulatory Liaison for Singapore regulators including MAS. Manage and facilitate the company's relationship with Singapore regulators including MAS. Oversee and ensure proper responses to Singapore regulator requests. đź“ŤHelp develop and maintain compliance processes (KYC/AML/CFT) in line with MAS Payment Services Act regulation for MPIs. đź“ŤAct as the Singapore market Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in charge of implementing AML/CFT controls in Singapore, reporting to MAS, and ensuring full compliance with local AML/CFT regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
đź“Ť10+ years working in Compliance, with at least 5 years in an AML specific role đź“ŤPreviously registered with MAS as MLRO and completed regulatory returns and transaction reporting. đź“ŤStrong and effective communication skills, both oral and written English đź“ŤAbility to adapt to rapid and diverse business changes đź“ŤStrong experience in interpreting complex regulatory requirements into actionable business requirements and solutions
