What You'll do

šŸ“Strategic Partner Development and Growth šŸ“Build and manage relationships with top-tier KOLs, crypto influencers, local media and community leaders to drive user acquisition šŸ“Design and implement KOL and affiliate activation programs that drive user acquisition and engagement šŸ“Oversee the development of partnership-specific content and promotional campaigns šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, community, etc) to ensure the success of affiliate and strategic partner deals šŸ“Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through data-driven analysis and community insights šŸ“Track and optimize partnership performance using tools like Kaito.ai Team Leadership & Strategy šŸ“Build and lead a high-performing business development team focused on affiliate / KOL growth šŸ“Establish clear KPIs and success metrics šŸ“Provide strategic insights to leadership team based on market trends and partner feedback

Who you are what you'll bring

šŸ“5+ years of business development experience in crypto/DeFi, with a proven track record of building and managing Affiliate / KOL partnerships šŸ“Deep understanding of crypto influencer ecosystems and community dynamics šŸ“Strong existing relationships with crypto KOLs, media outlets, and community platforms šŸ“Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies that drive measurable growth šŸ“Data-driven approach to partnership evaluation and optimization šŸ“Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build trust with partners and internal stakeholders šŸ“Previous experience leading and mentoring business development teams preferred šŸ“Passion for DeFi and a strong belief in decentralized trading
