Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to grow GSRās client base and expand existing relationships across all business lines. šRepresent GSR as a senior leader in key client engagements, conferences, and industry events. šDrive strategic partnerships and collaborations with high-value clients, exchanges, and ecosystem participants. šLead, mentor, and oversee the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives. šCollaborate with marketing, trading, and product teams to align GSRās offerings with client needs and market opportunities. šIdentify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements to inform business strategies and provide actionable insights. šOversee the creation of high-quality proposals, pitch decks, and client-facing materials to support onboarding and relationship management. šDrive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the seamless delivery of GSRās services and solutions to clients. šAct as a key point of contact for regulatory and compliance matters related to business development activities.
What Weāre Looking For:
šExperience: 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a senior client-facing role within financial services, crypto, or a similarly dynamic industry. šLeadership: Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering on ambitious business goals. šIndustry Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trends, and ecosystem participants. šStrategic Thinking: Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and execute high-impact strategies. šEducation: An undergraduate degree is essential; an advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
