Job Summary

What you'll do:

šŸ“Develop and execute comprehensive user growth strategies for gaming partners on Arbitrum, combining traditional and web3 marketing techniques including social campaigns, content creator activations, digital marketing, and innovative web3-native engagement methods like NFT and token-based esports activations. šŸ“Design and implement strategic growth incentive campaigns for the Arbitrum gaming ecosystem, working closely with the gaming partnerships team to align partner objectives with increased on-chain activity. šŸ“Serve as a strategic growth consultant to gaming partners, deeply understanding their needs and crafting tailored solutions to accelerate their on-chain adoption and success. šŸ“Orchestrate end-to-end marketing campaigns in collaboration with community, partnership, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximum impact across all channels. šŸ“Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, providing strategic input on go-to-market strategies, sharing market insights, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve ambitious partner growth targets. šŸ“Establish and evolve growth frameworks and community engagement programs that strengthen the cohesion and vitality of Arbitrum's gaming ecosystem.

What you'll need:

šŸ“Gaming and/or Web3 professional marketing experience is highly preferred.5+ years in growth management, in relation to Web2 and Web3 related growth experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview. šŸ“In-depth knowledge of the Web3 gaming ecosystem. šŸ“Good grasp of Web3 gaming user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey. šŸ“Effective relationship builder with strong communication skills for our partners. šŸ“Strongly entrepreneurial and autonomous, requiring minimum guidance, yet proactive in asking questions to get things done. šŸ“Be able to work across time zones with global partners. šŸ“Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
