Job Summary
You will:
📍Drive strategic relationships with founders, investors, institutions, and regulators across the LATAM region 📍Support the payments growth vertical lead in regional expansion and market entry 📍Develop and execute regional growth initiatives and events 📍Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and industry groups 📍Oversee regional grant programs and ecosystem funding 📍Coordinate with global teams on cross-regional opportunities
To be successful in this role
You ideally have: 📍10+ years of relevant experience in financial services or fintech, with at least one prior full time role in the blockchain industry 📍Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape and experience working with crypto exchanges, custodians, and payments companies. 📍Strong relationships with regional financial institutions, crypto exchanges and regulators 📍Ability to be hands-on and work with a startup mentality
