Job Summary

You will:

šŸ“Develop and frame a comprehensive growth and content strategy including brand positioning and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication across various channels to cultivate audience product comprehension, engagement, and growth. šŸ“Content šŸ“Own the content strategy and lifecycle, including ideation, drafting, creative, distribution, promotional strategy, and measurement. šŸ“Write impactful short- and long-form content such as social posts, blog articles, and user documentation that effectively communicates the value of our product. šŸ“Collaborate with the brand and design teams to oversee and aid in the creation of graphics, motion graphics, and videos. šŸ“Growth & Partnerships šŸ“Identify, aggregate, and prioritize outbound and inbound technical and marketing partnership opportunities and manage outreach and partnership logistics. šŸ“Developing high-impact media and ā€œKOLā€ relationships to secure strategic placements for Loopscale in industry newsletters and podcasts to to amplify brand presence and reach new audiences. šŸ“Oversee logistics for physical brand presence including conference events and speaking engagements. šŸ“Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with Loopscaleā€™s business objectives, ensuring cohesive campaigns across various channels. šŸ“Live and breathe crypto Twitter and Discord to stay up-to-date on industry trends and user preferences and ensure our content strategy remains relevant and effective.

Ideally, you have:

šŸ“A track record in a lead growth, content, marketing role at a high-growth tech startup, preferably in web3 or DeFi. šŸ“Proven ability to use social media to build communities at scale, with experience in developing blog posts, explainer threads, product marketing, and memes. šŸ“Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to develop and adapt tone of voice for various target audiences with a knack for identifying topical industry news and capitalizing on it with a unique point of view. šŸ“A deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly X (formally known as Twitter), Discord and YouTube. šŸ“Experience with Figma and the ability to create visually compelling graphics. šŸ“Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
