Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šYour initial focus will be on managing the top part of our sales funnel that needs to be run like a machine, with routine pipeline grooming, outbound lead generation, relationship management, and driving leads to conversion. As you get more comfortable with our product, you will assume responsibility for the entire sales lifecycle and have the opportunity to lead our growth as a company. šGenerate and qualify leads. Outreach to games teams through virtual channels and in-person events. Triage inbound interest from all sources. Ensure prompt effort is made to qualify leads. šDevelop new sales strategies. Work with marketing, design, product, and engineering as needed to implement new strategies for increasing interest in GameShift. šManage sales process. Each lead needs to be moved systematically through our pipeline according to mutual fit and readiness to buy. This includes maintaining warm relationships with leads. Engage leadership, customer success, and engineering for later-stage opportunities. Drive leads to conversion. šMain POC for customers. Remain the primary contact for our customers post-close, ensuring questions are answered on a timely basis across all domains. This part of the role will reduce over time as we expand and grow our customer success team. šEducate our team on sales and industry trends. Stay up to date on the gaming industry both within and outside of crypto, and bring your learning back to our team. Provide your feedback from the sales process to our team in order to improve the product.
Requirements:
š3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (AE, SDR) with responsibility for lead generation, qualification, and management of the sales pipeline šPrior experience with gaming and/or crypto šDemonstrated self-starter mentality, resourcefulness, and independence. šProcess orientation evidenced by ownership of sales processes šProfessional written and verbal communication and presentation skills šCRM power user
