Job Summary
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
📍Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with allocators and fund managers to foster collaboration and sharing of industry knowledge and deal flow. 📍Investment Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine fund investment strategies aligned with market trends and firm objectives. 📍Deal Sourcing: Proactively identify and source high-potential investment opportunities with new funds through networking, market research, and industry events. 📍Due Diligence: Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial analysis, market assessments, and risk evaluations, to inform allocation decisions. 📍Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of LP investments, and partner with Investing Team to increase deal flow and allocations to attractive and competitive investments. 📍Market Analysis: Stay well-informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform investment strategies and recommendations. 📍Reporting: Prepare detailed investment reports for the Investment Committee, presenting findings and recommendations clearly.
What You’ll Bring:
📍Qualifications: 📍Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field 📍8+ years of experience in asset allocation, venture capital, or private equity, with a focus on digital assets, fintech, or AI for at least 3 years. 📍Proven track record of successful asset allocation and investing, demonstrated expertise in evaluating investment managers capabilities. 📍Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. 📍Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. 📍Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem and financial technology landscape.
