Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šAccounts Payable šProcess vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment processing. šMaintain relationships with vendors and resolve any billing discrepancies. šPrepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. šEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures in all accounts payable activitiesEmail Management šManage and prioritize incoming emails related to accounts payable, expense reimbursements, and reconciliations. šRespond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders. šCoordinate communication to ensure efficient resolution of issues. šAudit Support šProvide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits. šAssist in implementing audit recommendations to enhance financial controls and processes. šEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
