Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Process payment requests, include but not limit to vendor payment and reimbursement etc. 📍Involved in policy, SOP and other documents preparation 📍Work closely with internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment/accounting processing and issues 📍Assist in system maintenance, including solving users’ questions and system enhancement etc. 📍Provide clerical/administrative support as assigned by supervisors 📍Assist in accounting schedules and reporting 📍Act as back-up of other team members when required 📍Handle any other job duties or ad-hoc projects when necessary
What We Look For In You
📍Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related discipline 📍Minimum 2 years relevant experience 📍Detail-minded, multi-tasking, responsible and willing to learn 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude 📍Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English 📍Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing 📍Immediate availability is highly preferred
