What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

Maintain a calendar and schedule for the SVP of Institutional Sales. Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, anticipate conflicts, and resolve last minute changes Coordinate and schedule heavy business travel (domestic and international) Heavy expenses/reimbursement Manage the inbox of the executive, maintain strict confidentiality Coordinate with recruiting to ensure candidates are moved through processes quickly Creating and leading team morale events (happy hours, coffee chats, etc) Organize team and client offsites (virtual and in person) as required Attend meetings as requested, gather and distribute materials for clients, take notes, follow up on AI’s Work with the EA team to build and implement processes Manage invoicing and vendor onboarding Maintain strong relationships with STP team members to keep track of priorities Work closely with events marketing team to ensure client events are effective Remote, with some travel into the NY office What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

Expert knowledge of Google Suite Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies Self starter and exemplary problem solver Proactive nature who comes to the table with solutions and ideas Interest in implementing processes and procedures to improve work efficiency and productivity Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail Must demonstrate a positive, helpful, and humble demeanor. No job is too small! Available to work outside of normal business hours Nice to haves:

Interest in crypto is a bonus! Experience working with a sales team Experience working with HNW individuals

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $110,500 to $130,000 + target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
