Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn end-to-end marketing for Polygon DeFi, staying ahead of industry narratives and identifying growth opportunities to build the most impactful marketing funnel in the industry. đź“ŤCreate growth campaigns and content plans for Polygon DeFi tech, including social, incentivized campaigns, KOLs, and ecosystem announcements, targeting both users and developers. đź“ŤCollaborate with a dream team across content, design, social, BD, product, and ecosystem projects to coordinate execution. đź“ŤBe data obsessed, using insight to evolve our approach to marketing campaigns and driving continuous improvement week to week. đź“ŤStaying ahead of the latest trends and narratives in web3 and DeFi, and translating them into resonant strategies and messages both in marketing and with our ecosystem. đź“ŤWork with the other growth brand leads to support growth marketing initiatives for Polygon protocols like the Agglayer and Polygon PoS.
What You'll Need
đź“ŤProven experience (3+ years) in brand marketing or go-to-market roles in web3, preferably with a focus on DeFi. đź“ŤDeep understanding of DeFi ecosystems and a demonstrated ability to create impactful campaigns that engage DeFi developers and users. đź“ŤStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. đź“ŤBonus: Experience managing campaigns, partner marketing, paid acquisition, or brand marketing for web3 protocols or DeFi projects.
