Here's how you'll be contributing:

You are able to work independently to bring event plans into its complete execution . You are a resourceful problem solver, taking initiatives to push the team forward, and able to find alternative methods to solve problems. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, provide well-justified solutions and ensure quality standards are met. You will conduct research and identify relevant events for the company to sponsor or attend. You will liaise with event organisers as a sponsor to set up the necessary components. You will plan for and execute ancillary events to supplement the conferences that the company would be attending. You will draft up and design necessary marketing collaterals and swag to build awareness of the company at these events. Learn about our product suite, and be able to represent our company at events.

Organising successful events that built brand awareness of the company and supported them in meeting the goals set for events.Using research and analysis to ground decisions for our events.Leading event reviews and critiques, providing productive and constructive feedback to fellow team members.

About You:

2 - 3 years of end to end events planning and execution.You’re passionate about blockchain, cryptocurrencies and Web3 technologies and are continually updating your knowledge about the industry.You’ve got a portfolio of well-planned and executed events that positively impacted the company.You’ve worked with both external and internal event vendors and teams to produce events that met company goals.You practise evidence-based workflows and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly.You have the ability to take on new challenges in fast-paced agile environments.You are a team player with the ability to work effectively remotely.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
