In this role you will own

📍 Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of DuneCon, ensuring alignment with Dune’s goals. 📍Execution Management: Drive project timelines, budgets, and workstreams from kickoff to post-event wrap-up. 📍 Vendor & Logistics Oversight: Manage contracts, coordination, and execution across all external partners. 📍Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal functions (comms, design, marketing) to ensure timely delivery. 📍Speaker & Guest Ops: Support sourcing and coordination of our top Web3 speakers 📍On-Site Delivery: Own operational readiness and run-of-show, including registration and post-event analysis. You will ensure seamless execution on the day.

📍 Experience: 5+ years in event management, incl. international (LATAM experience a plus). 📍Crypto-Native Events such as ETHGlobal, NFT NYC, DevCon. 📍Project Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple events. 📍Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. 📍Urgency Mindset: High-energy, self-starter with disciplined execution skills.
