Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:

šŸ“Support the client with direct & frequent communications šŸ“Deliver on KPIs and drive the team to hit targets - outcomes are critical šŸ“Manage and lead client check-in meetings šŸ“Drive efficient cross-functional collaboration within the Flipside org šŸ“Build and execute programs for the Flipside Earn platform šŸ“Provide succinct weekly reporting & updates to both internal and external teams šŸ“Lead the narrative development process, ensuring a fluid customer experience šŸ“Activate ambassadors and support the delivery of partner analytics requests šŸ“Devote the appropriate amount of time per account based on contract size & needs šŸ“Build relationships within partner ecosystems to: a) promote growth campaigns and b) champion Flipsideā€™s name

Supporting responsibilities:

šŸ“Support the Account Manager on QBRs & renewals with slide creation & KPIs reporting šŸ“Provide ecosystem insights & SME to the business development team šŸ“Advise on strategic decision-making for driving partner outcomes

Qualifications:

šŸ“Proven track record of 3+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the blockchain or data analytics industry. šŸ“Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications required. šŸ“Excellent communication and presentation skills. šŸ“Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. šŸ“Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
