Job Summary

What you’ll do

📍Oversee core People operations, processes, and HR services across multiple countries, ensuring consistency and operational excellence. 📍Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits), focusing on efficiency, scalability, and process optimization. 📍Lead the adoption of People tech, driving automation and collaborating with IT to enhance employee experience and reduce manual workflows. 📍Use People analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, performance, and engagement, supporting decisions on planning and retention. 📍Ensure compliance with labour laws, data privacy (GDPR), and employment standards; manage employee relations and risk mitigation. 📍Align People operations with business continuity, safety protocols, and oversee audits for People compliance.

Who you are

📍10+ years of HR experience, with a focus on People Operations, People Technology, and Compliance in a fast-growing tech or multinational environment. 📍Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex HR functions across multiple jurisdictions. 📍Strong experience with Workday, broader People systems and technology is a must. 📍Understanding of European labour laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and employee relations best practices. 📍Demonstrated success in driving HR operational changes, implementing new systems, driving adoption, and improving processes in a growing organisation. 📍Strong experience using data and analytics for decision-making and process improvement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present complex information clearly. Business-level (C1/C2) proficiency a requirement.
