Some activities you would do on a typical day at Cheesecake Labs

📍Support strategic operations through data collection and process insights from Engineer Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and other stakeholders. 📍Use squad inputs from Squad Leads (Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and Engineer Managers) to track budget progress and project status. 📍Ensure that project management controls are being properly updated to enable reliable data collection. 📍Work across the many tools available to ensure that consistency and tracking in the operations, including Hubspot, Spreadsheets, Time Tracking Apps, Figma and others. 📍Maintain and structure a centralized view of project and client status across the portfolio, including budget, risks, and opportunities. 📍Setup new clients and operate time tracking tools with accuracy specially on items related to billing and hours tracking for invoice accounting. 📍Analyze portfolio data to generate insights that support performance tracking and strategic planning. 📍Identify and lead opportunities to automate parts of the administrative operational workflow. 📍Conduct business process analyses to uncover inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement. 📍Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of project allocation and deliveries across multiple software development teams. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Ops) to support great quality and client-centric service delivery.
