Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Strategic Planning: Develop a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, identify market opportunities, and monitor trends. šŸ“Brand Management: Implement brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels. šŸ“Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Lead digital marketing efforts, optimize channels, and analyze performance. šŸ“Content Strategy: Develop content to engage target audiences and collaborate with stakeholders. šŸ“Community Engagement: Grow community presence and build relationships within the blockchain community. šŸ“Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team. šŸ“Partnerships & Collaborations: Pursue partnerships to expand reach and influence. šŸ“Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget and track financial performance.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Minimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in the blockchain sector. šŸ“Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. šŸ“Strong understanding of blockchain technology, staking, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem. šŸ“Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. šŸ“Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. šŸ“Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
