Job Summary
Description
š1. Prospecting and Qualification šIdentify and prioritize high-value corporate counter-parties, including token issuers, blockchain foundations, and institutional players. šConduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities. šDevelop a systematic approach to qualifying leads based on strategic fit, potential revenue, and market alignment. š2. Client Relationship Management šBuild and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with corporate clients by understanding their goals and aligning them with tailored solutions. šServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and responsiveness. šMonitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges to reinforce relationships. š3. Strategic Service Expansion with Clients šCollaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing new derivative or market-making solutions. šLead the development of bespoke trading and liquidity provision models for existing clients. šStay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively expand services that align with client needs. š4. Capacity to Run Fundamental Analysis šPerform fundamental analysis on blockchain projects, token economics, and market trends to evaluate partnership potential. šLeverage insights from financial and blockchain data to support decision-making and strategic recommendations. šDevelop models to assess risk and return for potential ventures and align them with company objectives.
Background and experience
š8+ years of experience in business development or sales within financial services and/or crypto markets. šAt least a very strong notion of digital asset markets or 3+ years of industry experience šExtensive knowledge of derivatives, financial concepts, and blockchain ecosystems. šProven track record in engaging with token issuers, foundations, other crypto corporate clients, and closing complex deal in this environment šStrong familiarity with trading concepts. šExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
