Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

đź“ŤYour role is to inspire a design community; be engaged and informed; lead by example to take accountability for creative vision; elevate impact and craft; mature design operations.
📍Day to day you will work alongside your cross-functional peer group to influence strategic design decisions and ultimately deliver the best possible app and web experiences. More specifically: 📍Ensure that all the organization’s output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand and strategic commitments. 📍Apply a customer-focused, iterative design process, while elevating impact and craft.
đź“ŤMake design decisions based on research and insights and advocate for continuous learning and inclusive design best practices.
đź“ŤCollaborate with other cross-functional Design team members (Research, Content Design, UX Operations, Branding) and Business and Engineering stakeholders. đź“ŤShow strong people management and leadership skills to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team. đź“ŤBe engaged, ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Qualifications:

đź“ŤExperience in Sr. UX role and evidence of managing creative teams (including leadership, team building, and delegation.
đź“ŤProven experience in leading, growing and inspiring highly talented and productive teams.
đź“ŤThorough command of the UX lifecycle with deep, direct experience in all skill areas and tools, including facilitation of workshops or other collaboration techniques to drive momentum and credibility within the organization.
đź“ŤBe excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
đź“ŤA degree in a visual or experiential design discipline or equivalent professional experience. đź“ŤBusiness and Employee management services expertise an advantage. đź“ŤMust have an up-to-date portfolio link with application.
