Job Summary

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

šŸ“Create and effectively foster a data-driven and informed engagement vision and strategy that is stakeholder-centric. Confirms overall engagement and communication strategy to drive consistency and standards in identifying, managing, and engaging partners across the program. Manage infrastructure to obtain key stakeholders and partner groups and define their goals and expectations, including their levels of commitment and influence on change process šŸ“Advocate for SEC and articulate business value to target audiences Develop compelling artifacts to communicate our value and story šŸ“Drive strategy and implement plan for large program events šŸ“Develop an engagement roadmap grounded in customer feedback and data analysis. šŸ“Articulate value drops and their impact on our stakeholders. Drive and prioritize the roadmap in partnership with TCO teams šŸ“Deliver the appropriate change interventions to address impacts and mitigate risk šŸ“Develop and measure clear engagement metrics, derive key insights, and devise/implement proof-of-concept executions. Develop metrics to measure success and oversee post-launch outcomes using analysis and reporting šŸ“Facilitate the communications development review and sign-off process, ensuring communications are delivered on time through appropriate channels šŸ“Develop branding, writing styles and standards, and critical messages to drive seamless look, feel, and consistency to align with Nikeā€™s and SECā€™s brand strategy šŸ“Prepare, implement, and support the Change Network; ensure the Change Network understands its role during the change process; monitor its effectiveness; and make adjustments. Identify the individuals in the Change Network, determine their needs, and then prepare, develop, and conduct Change Network activities. Support all Change Network meeting coordination logistics, meeting agenda creation, capture notes, and action items šŸ“Maintain a continuous watch on emerging technology trends, competitive experiences, and top-tier physical + digital engagements šŸ“Champion a change culture based on data-driven decisions. Work with leadership and business teams to derive analytics and insights strategy for all engagement experiences, inspiring and motivating partners to pursue progress over finesse šŸ“You are a master collaborator who brings teams and individuals towards alignment on the overall engagement roadmap prioritization ā€“ they recognize you as thought partner and subject matter expert on engagement in TCO.

WHAT YOU BRING

šŸ“9+ years of relevant work experience in communications, change management, or related field šŸ“Bachelorā€™s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training šŸ“Strong communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork, coaching, and people / process resolution skills šŸ“Adept at influencing cross-functional and matrixed teams while driving value through premium experiences šŸ“Strategy development and planning experience šŸ“Strong road mapping/ engagement journey mapping skills šŸ“Outstanding presentation and message development; Effective verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation, leadership, and coaching šŸ“Anticipate needs, innovate, and multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment šŸ“Excellent project management skills with ability to use metrics in all aspects of the product lifecycle šŸ“Strong Partner Management skills tailored to many audiences including critical partners and third-party vendors
