Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead and manage the engineering team to ensure efficient execution of projects. šDevelop strategies for technological growth and advancements aligned with the crypto market trends. šFoster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement within the team. šWork closely with other departments like Product, Sales, and Compliance to align tech strategy with business goals. šOversee system architecture and proactively address potential issues. šEnsure timely and successful delivery of our software solutions according to client needs. šMaintain knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency field. šEnsure compliance with relevant industry regulations and security standards. šBuild strong relationships with stakeholders including customers, partners, and vendors.
Qualifications and Skills:
šBachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masterās degree preferred. š10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leadership roles. šProven experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams. šExceptional project management skills and ability to delegate effectively. šExperience with agile development methods and practices. šExcellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. šUp-to-date with the latest industry trends and willing to explore new technologies for potential implementation.
