Key responsibilities

📍Support the financial oversight of the company, ensuring alignment with strategic goals 📍Prepare accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting in compliance with regulatory standards 📍Assist in developing and managing the company's financial policies, procedures, and controls 📍Oversee capital management, including capital increases and financial planning 📍Support in the preparation of regulatory reports and liaise with regulatory bodies 📍Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial efficiency and support business objectives 📍Advise senior management on specific finance and accounting-related questions 📍Participate in loss events and incident reporting, including root cause analyses 📍Promote a strong risk and compliance culture within the team

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics, or related field; a master’s degree is a plus 📍3-5 years of relevant experience in a finance role, ideally within the banking, trading, cryptocurrency industry, or a global accounting firm (e.g., Big Four) 📍Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards 📍Experience supporting capital management, financial planning, and budgeting processes 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, creative in finding solutions and structured in execution
