Responsibilities:

📍Take ownership of daily P&L, daily risk and month-end close process for the Digital Asset Trading Desk 📍Ensure the accuracy and integrity of revenue reporting, and provide detailed analyses and commentary to senior management 📍Develop a deep understanding of the drivers of product profitability, and provide comprehensive analyses of the financial performance of the desk 📍Manage the balance sheet with a focus on the Cost of Funding 📍Collaborate closely with the Digital Asset Traders, Digital Asset Operations Team, and Digital Asset Accounting Team to ensure reporting accuracy and alignment 📍Lead the monthly ledger close process, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and detailed commentary 📍Conduct monthly business review meetings with the trading desk to sign off on the P&L 📍Proactively identify and address control-related issues, and oversee the associated remediation plans

Requirements:

📍5+ years of experience in Product Control, Financial Control, Accounting, or a related role 📍Proficient in managing the P&L and month-end close process 📍Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field 📍Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a robust control focus 📍Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
