Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Partner with senior Product Specialists to develop and execute a regional business plan to grow structured notes penetration across the South-Central territory. šŸ“Prepare materials for client meetings and internal strategy sessions, including product comparisons, performance illustrations, and issuer offering summaries.Support the development and refinement of educational resources for financial advisors on structured investment applications. šŸ“Track trade activity, calendar offerings, and advisor engagement using CRM tools such as Salesforce and Airtable. šŸ“Assist in the coordination and delivery of trade execution support, in partnership with issuers and internal stakeholders. šŸ“Analyze structured note terms and lifecycle considerations, helping the team tailor recommendations to advisor-specific objectives. šŸ“Collaborate across internal functions—including Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and Technology—to ensure a seamless advisor experience. šŸ“Contribute to special projects and team initiatives that promote innovation, scale, and advisor value.

Qualifications

šŸ“2–5 years of experience in financial services; backgrounds in wealth management, capital markets, structured products, or advisory support are all considered. šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. šŸ“Strong analytical skills and familiarity with investment concepts, particularly equity and fixed income instruments. šŸ“Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. šŸ“Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to simplify complex topics. šŸ“Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and tools like Microsoft Excel. šŸ“Series 7 and 63/66 licenses (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire). šŸ“Interest in structured investments and capital markets product design. Prior exposure is a plus but not required. šŸ“A proactive, curious mindset with a client-first attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
