Job Summary

How you will make an impact

đź“ŤManage onboarding of new clients, including introduction calls and organising cross-functional teams đź“ŤSet up and maintained reporting and rebates for institutional clients đź“ŤGuide customers through the Figment app and provide comprehensive platform training đź“ŤAnswer inbound questions regarding Figment products, staking, billing, reporting, and new network support đź“ŤSchedule and conduct regular client meetings to maintain strong relationships đź“ŤManage wallet address configurations and technical documentation đź“ŤCoordinate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, Sales) to resolve technical issues and implement customer feedback đź“ŤDeliver protocol-specific content and network updates to customers đź“ŤHandle support documentation requirements

What you bring to the team

đź“Ť5 years of customer success or account management experience in fintech or digital assets đź“ŤStrong understanding of blockchain technology and proof-of-stake networks đź“ŤExperience working with institutional clients such as asset managers, exchanges, or custodians đź“ŤExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly đź“ŤStrong project management and organizational abilities đź“ŤFluency in English required; additional European or any other languages are a plus
