Job Summary
What will you be doing?
📍Be an effective bridge between company and clients 📍Provide first level support to the company’s clients by live chat, e-mail and phone 📍Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines 📍Keep the customer’s interest alongside company’s requirements in mind at all times 📍Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication 📍Keep vigilance regarding company's compliance with Cyprus and Global regulations 📍Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a 📍“WOW” professional and service experience
REQUIREMENTS
