Job Summary
What you will do:
📍Business Development: 📍Spearhead the expansion of our trading platform in Latam. 📍Work closely with the Business Manager 📍 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations 📍Identify and cultivate relationships with high-value clients and Introducing Brokers (IB). 📍Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and market share.
Who are we looking for:
📍Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 📍Minimum 5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry. 📍At least 2 years of proven leadership experience and High level of knowledge of managing teams 📍Candidates must have a existing client & IB list. 📍In-depth knowledge of financial markets in Forex, CFDs on commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies, etc. 📍Strong understanding of trading platforms and industry regulations. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 📍Strong knowledge of the use of some CRM and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) 📍High level of spoken and written Spanish (Native) and English at minimum B2 level for reading writing and speaking
