Job Summary

Responsibilities

📍Analyze and create business plans for growth opportunities (buy/build/partner), prioritizing and resourced based on strategic fit and potential value 📍Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify acquisition targets, partnership opportunities, and industry trends 📍Develop and maintain relationships with potential targets, investment bankers, and corporate development teams across various sectors (traditional finance, tech, exchanges, custodians, etc.) 📍Perform financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence for M&A transactions, supporting deal structuring and negotiations 📍Prepare detailed analyses and recommendations for senior leadership and board of directors, including investment memoranda and presentations 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives, support portfolio company integrations, and assist in post-merger activities 📍Identify and evaluate international market opportunities, supporting the company's global expansion strategy

Qualifications

📍Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 📍2-4 years of experience in investment banking(ideally M&A) or corporate development 📍Strong analytical and financial modeling skills 📍Strong communication, relationship and presentation abilities 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills 📍A focus on action and the ability to handle ambiguous problems in a short period of time 📍Ability to work effectively in a remote-first and fast paced environment 📍A deep understanding of financial markets and digital assets
