Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the Japanese market to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals. šIdentify and prioritize key business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth, particularly within the enterprise sector. šCultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business expansion and collaboration. šLead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. šCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives. šStay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in Japan to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning. šRepresent Arbitrum Foundation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
What You'll Need
šProven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a focus on the Japanese market. šExtensive network of contacts within the enterprise sector in Japan, with demonstrated ability to leverage these connections for business opportunities. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is highly desirable. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels. šStrategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation. šFluency in both English and Japanese languages is required.
