Job Summary
WHAT YOU’LL DO
📍Develop and execute comprehensive strategic initiatives that align business objectives with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 📍Lead regulatory analysis and strategic planning for new market entries, product launches, and partnership structures. 📍Collaborate with product teams to ensure compliance by design while maintaining competitive advantage in the market. 📍Create and implement frameworks for evaluating strategic opportunities, considering both business potential and regulatory implications. 📍Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, industry partners, and internal teams. 📍Drive cross-functional projects that require both strategic thinking and legal expertise to achieve optimal outcomes.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
📍Experience: 3+ years in strategy, operations, or legal roles within blockchain, fintech, or technology companies. 📍Education: Law degree (JD) or equivalent legal qualification preferred; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus. 📍Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto regulations, and financial services compliance frameworks. 📍Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies while navigating regulatory requirements. 📍Analytical Skills: Excellence in data-driven decision making and strategic problem solving. 📍Communication: Outstanding ability to articulate complex legal and strategic concepts to diverse audiences. 📍Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
