What You’ll Be Doing

📍Provide counsel and support to local, regional and global senior stakeholders, on Hong Kong law as well as regional matters. 📍Handle local and regional regulatory matters, immigration matters, internal investigations, marketing campaign reviews, commercial contracts, risk assessments, liability assessments, and protection of proprietary information and data. 📍Handle dispute resolution and prevention; manage external parties, including counterparties, external counsel and experts. 📍Provide ad hoc legal advice to stakeholders within the group. 📍Partner with our risk, compliance and licensing teams to provide ongoing support in monitoring the changes in the legal landscape relevant to cryptocurrency and technology in multiple jurisdictions.

What We Look For In You

📍Common law degree holder (LLB / J.D.). 📍Qualified solicitor with 7-10 years PQE. 📍Trained and qualified in a common law jurisdiction with strong contentious and non-contentious regulatory experience obtained in a reputable international law firm / organisation. 📍Sound judgment on business practices, internal and external stakeholder relationship management and reputational risk. 📍Well-organized, detail-oriented, presentable and with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
