Job Summary
What you will be doing:
šSupport the content marketing strategy to grow the brand with a focus on developing compelling content to generate leads and drive conversion šSeek opportunities for content development related to prospecting and client engagement, internally or externally šCreate varies content channels of ODHK, including Blog, Website, social media, eDM, Landing pages, focus on both leisure and insurance product driven content šTrack content performance metrics and use that data in content-planning cycles šEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion šAssist in SEO planning and strategy šWork with product managers and developers on every new insurance product launch, support in market research, product design, launching strategy etc. šWork with partnership team on marketing solution for different external parties, including content marketing strategy, copywriting, and creative advice šSupport the teams in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned
What are we looking for:
š2-3 years of experience in a content, editorial or marketing position šProficiency with content management systems (CMS), production and publishing, including practical knowledge in Wordpress will be an advantage šExcellent writing and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English writing will be a plus šExtraordinary organizational skills and ability to work across concurrent workstreams šAttention to detail, commitment and desire to complete a consistently high standard of work šAbility to seamlessly work with remote teams, including internal and external partners šSelf-motivated, looking for a challenge, and excited to make a significant impact
