Key Responsibilities
šTechnical Leadership: Shape and lead the technical direction of our company, developing and implementing a comprehensive technical roadmap. Define technical strategies that align with business goals and ensure long-term growth. Oversee architectural decisions to ensure high performance, scalability, and security. šTeam Leadership: Build, lead, and maintain a high-performance development team. Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture. Recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent. šProject Leadership: Plan and oversee the execution of complex projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement best practices for project management, including Agile methodologies. šSupport Sales and Marketing: Enable sales and marketing efforts with technical expertise. Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions. Provide technical support during sales pitches and client meetings.
Technical Skills:
šExpertise in software development tools and version control (GitHub/GitLab).Experience with cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud).Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
