What do we expect from a CTO?

📍Lead the design and development of our token ecosystem using Solidity 📍Oversee the technical aspects of our ICO, ensuring security and compliance 📍Manage and mentor our development team 📍Collaborate with the executive team to align technology strategy with business goals 📍Stay current with blockchain trends and implement cutting-edge solutions 📍Work closely with the Business Development and Events team to support technical aspects of marketing strategies and events 📍Contribute to market research efforts to identify new business opportunities in the blockchain space 📍Participate in virtual networking events and workshops as a technical representative 📍Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to deliver project outcomes effectively

Requirements

📍5+ years delivering software to real users, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment 📍Expert-level Solidity experience, including the design and optimization of advanced smart contract systems 📍Familiarity with or contributions to Ethereum EIPs 📍Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a blockchain company 📍Successful track record of leading ICOs and token launches 📍Excellent communication and team leadership skills 📍Excellent English and technical communication - both written and oral 📍Understanding of how to work in an agile environment 📍Google workspace (Docs, Drive, Slides), and familiarity with online marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics)
